The monitoring visit to the “CSO-Public partnership to favour safe water access in rural areas” project, which is funded by the CCCA3 grant and implemented by the Department Rural Water Supply (DRWS) of Ministry of Rural Development, from 8 – 11 August, 2023, in Siem Reap and Banteay Meanchey provinces.

Key findings are as follow:

• As per workplan, almost all the planned activities have been completed with significant results.
• Three remaining activities are planned to be implemented in Sept and Oct with clear timeframe and approach of implementation.
• The project is implemented together with TeukSaat1001, and two water kiosks have been established and currently under proper operation.
• As per plan, the project will be completed in late Sept, and the closing workshop will be around early Oct.
