Phnom Penh, on Friday 27th December, 2019: Department of Climate Change of the General Secretariat of National Council for Sustainable Development (GSSD) and Cambodia Climate Change Alliance Phase 3 (CCCA3) hosted a Launching Workshop on Call for Proposals for Climate Change Innovation Grant Facility for CCCA3. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Sum Thy, Program Manager of CCCA3, which was attended by ministries, national and international organizations, universities and institutes, total 110.
Mr. Sum Thy told the purpose of the workshop that to disseminate grant funds to climate change projects, sharing information on the conceptualization process and complete grant proposals. In particular, it is an opportunity to discuss financial management, knowledge, communication and questioning before starting a concept note and grant application.
Please note that this workshop is a starting point for finding interested and qualified institutions for research and innovations related to climate change, such as inventory, GHG mitigation, and climate change adaptation that the amount per grant is between USD 50,000 to USD 100,000.
