To accompany the RGC investment strategy in irrigation infrastructures, as a way to provide farmers with a secured water and to improve their resilience to climate change; B. To support the MoWRAM strategy through capacity-building activities in terms of (i) Irrigation and Social Water Management (ISWM) as a way to encourage a lasting local appropriation, and (ii) IWRM, including using satellite-based hydro-meteorological technologies; C.
