EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Third National Communication (TNC) has been prepared to meet Cambodia's obligations as
a Party to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It is
prepared based on the guidelines in Decision 17/CP.8, which contains the following chapters:
