The General Directorate of Policy and Strategy in collaboration with Cambodia Climate Change Alliance Phase 3 (CCCA3) presented a booth during the exhibition, aimed at sharing knowledge, experience, best practices as well as knowledge products to the audiences. Those knowledge products covered various sector under the GDPS such as: Climate Change, Biodiversity Conservation, Science and Technology, and Green Economy. 

During the seventh mandate of the government led by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, the event aims to cultivate the mindset of Cambodians of all ages to love trees by understanding the benefits of forests, plants, and wildlife in Cambodia, and to participate directly in tree planting and reforestation in Cambodia.

It should be noted that His Excellency Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Service, presided over the opening ceremony of the "Seedling Promotion and Distribution Exhibition" under the theme "Green Sprouts" and the 4th National Orchid Forum, which was planned to be held for three days from July 10 to 12, 2024, in front of the Ministry of Environment. The event was attended by His Excellency Dr. Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment, and Lok Chumteav, as well as senators, National Assembly leaders, leaders of ministries and institutions, relevant partners, organizations, associations, the private sector, students, and many others.
