  1. The VRA score is the level of vulnerability to climate change based on the participatory scoring in VRA exercises, ranging from 1 to 5, where 1 stands for the lowest vulnerability while 5 for the highest vulnerability.
  2. The average score equals to the total VRA score conducted in each location divided by the number of VRA conducted in that location per year.
